Remove an iPod from the reminders settings

I have an old iPod touch which is no longer working therefore I'd like to remove it from the reminders settings tab, but I can't find a way to delete it. I can turn notifications off, but can't remove it completely. Surely there's a way this can be done?

Please select the issue that you're experiencing from the list on the left, and follow the steps shown. If your issue isn't listed, just click on "I'd like to report a new issue" on the left.
