Notes updated on Web not synching on Iphone

Just as the title states, notes available on my web app are not even showing up on my iphone. One task, which has 3 notes and is viewable on web is just showing one on the phone. No amount of refreshing/reloading seems to work as would occassionally resolve an issue in ios 3.
