How to manage multiple accounts (pro) RTM from the same application?

I have two accounts and I have a RTM Pro iPhone4. I wonder how I manage two accounts with the specific application for iPhone. Thanks.

You can log out of one account by going to More | Settings | Reset.
It may be simpler, depending on what all you're trying to manage, if you utilize shared lists across accounts.
