app keeps on crashing

Here's what happens. I go from a tag like active to a tag like in-car whenever I am in my active and the click on in-car the app freezes. I shut it down and try to restart and it doesn't open. I have to delete the app and reinstall and then it works until the next time I try to do that.

and restarting the phone doesn't work it still crashes every time I try to open, the only thing that works is deleting it.
